"Perfect house for a multiple couples and a couple with kids. 4 different units with a main house for everyone to be together. Beds were comfortable and amenities were good. Kitchen needs to be reorganized but that might just be my OCD! There’s an elevator to bring all your things up and down the stairs. We only used it for our initial arrival and departure and was thankful for it. Location is good and neighborhood was quiet. Will stay at this location again."

"The house was amazing and as detailed in the posting. Very close to the beach and all the happenings. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Sitting on the porch was amazing and listening to the palm trees and ocean waves in the distance was very soothing and relaxing. The host was very easy to contact. The surprise waiting for us for the grand pup was a nice touch. Wish the weather would have been less windy and hotter to enjoy the pool more but this is Texas and it is...

"This home was a walk to Cole Park and easy access to ocean side. Abandoned and run down homes next door. For a house that sleeps 8, five plates seemed a bit under suppled. Fen ed yard was a plua for the pooch."

"This cottage was fantastic! quite, private, very clean, everything you need is in the kitchen, grocery store close by. Less than 5 mi to the ferry to Port Aransas. Pier is well equipped and is next to the channel with lots of dolphins swimming by. We were able to catch our bait. Definitely going back. "

"I can’t say enough good comments. If I could give above a 5 star review I would. The home was amazing with tons of space. We spent days cooking out, fishing off the back pier, kayaking, playing cornhole and seeing the local sights. The neighborhood was amazing and quite. All contact with the homeowner was very quick and so helpful. For anyone looking for an amazing vacation get away this is a must stay."

"The Blue Roost is a wonderful get-away beach house! For a vacation rental, the property is extremely well-maintained. You can tell that the hosts, Lauren and Doug Applegate, truly care about their renters. They are so attentive to every little detail. We communicated a few times with Lauren, and she was exceptionally responsive. Priceless!!! Hands down the best vacation rental we have ever had. We'll be back!"

"This was one of the best house I have stayed at it was so clean and check in was so easy. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. There where a few things like the water pressure down Stairs Could’ve had more Pressure, and the a/c worked but we had to keep the upstairs really cold for everyone downstairs to be comfortable to sleep other then that it was really nice place and we will be staying again."
