"The house is very spacious, clean and well appointed. The hostess was very gracious and very quick to reply to any messages I sent. My husband and I spent most of our time on the deck admiring the beautiful view, watching the dolphins swim by, crabbing and fishing from the dock (SC saltwater fishing license required), floating in the pool and just enjoying the peacefulness of the moment. We explored Beaufort and Hunting Island. It was a wonderful experience."

Ashley's place is not furnished or decorated like many of the VRBO's we've stayed in the past, so if you are looking for fine linens and draperies and accessories, you won't find them. But you...

"Perfect spot for us to attend a conference across the way. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, and downtown. Good parking for the unit, though we got to leave our cars and enjoy Beaufort by foot most of the time. Felt quiet despite being on the main road. The accommodation was much nicer than I expected based on the pictures. Gorgeous master bedroom and bathroom, great living areas and kitchen. The guest bedroom and full bath upstairs were also great according to my roommate."

"We had a wonderful visit to Beaufort which was made more special by staying here. 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, Large living space and deck upstairs with another deck downstairs, a hammock to just rock yourself to sleep and kayaks to enjoy the estuary and wildlife. Well equipped kitchen and modern furnishings. The views from the house and deck were simply stunning. There were 2 kayaks to explore the shoreline. Ideal for our family gathering. The host was quick to respond at all times....
