Elevator needed some vacuuming as you could see that they are not properly clean staff wise I understand culture but hygiene is a must.

All of the staff has been friendly and helpful, plenty of dining options and amazing pool area

What was good: Property is about 15 minutes north of the falls and right across the street from the river. What was acceptable: The rooms weren't in BAD shape, but there are lots of cracks in the walls, grout, moulding, etc. that make it look cheap. Breakfast was continental cold stuff or sandwiches you pop in the microwave. What was bad: Most things seemed reasonably clean, but the first room we were in the sofa bed had stains soaked through both the mattress pad and mattress, the extra blankets they gave us smelled mildewy, and the mini fridge barely worked and smelled (I had to throw out a good amount of food because it spoiled in there). The bathrooms were not ventilated. But the worst part was the bed was very hard and the pillows were so flat it felt like they'd been using the same ones for 20 years. If our stay had been refundable, I would've gone somewhere else because the last thing you want when you've driven 2000 miles to see something you might not see again is to be too tired to enjoy it. Bottom line: Pictures and reviews promised a lot more than this place delivered.
