This is a great property! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too! My 4 star review is based on the area. The price point is high based on the area it’s in. Also- the sound! We had what sounded like a herd of elephants staying above us! Again- for the price point i expect a better quality build with some sound proofing. But overall- it was a good hotel and the only one in the area that I’d recommend staying in.

I liked the hotel and close it was to historic Manitou Springs. I wanted as impressed with their breakfast. Limited selection for someone who enjoys a variety of fresh fruits. Also eggs were bland.

This is a newly built facility. Everything was clean. The breakfast was Awesome, the nice was friendly and helpful. There is always someone on the front desk 24/7. Staying again.

Convenient location. Good price for the area with free parking Minutes from Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Saw mule deer in the parking lot. Clean rooms. Breakfast was the typical premade warmed up fare but was enough to get us fed. Location felt fairly safe-just east of the hotel felt a little rougher. Recommended for anyone needing a basic clean and convenient home base for the area

We enjoyed our stay there. There were very few places to eat in that area. The title is misleading as Pikes Peak because it is still pretty far away.

Hotel was in a quiet & safe location. Bus stop was just outside the hotel. There were enough parking spaces for the vehicles. The only thing was their pancake machine was broken the whole 4 days we were there and their food in the refrigerator like their milk, eggs & yogurt got more scarce as the days went on.
