This budget-friendly home away from home offers a private enclosed back patio with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill - the perfect spot for warm-weather barbecues and alfresco dining! The interior of the home is filled with natural light and beautiful artwork throughout. Unwind in the living area, equipped with a set of comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming services. When mealtime comes, the open, fully-equipped kitchen has your back. It's complete with modern stainless steel appliances that include a double-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and a convenient dishwasher. This is basically a brand new house. Everything was fresh and clean and we loved the layout. It’s in a great location, close to many restaurants, shops, and places to see like Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, etc. I would not hesitate to book this house again!

Super location!
We loved staying in this quiet neighborhood that was so close to Old Colorado City, Manitou, and downtown. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. All of the appliances were new and easy to operate. Lots of thoughtful touches helped to make our stay totally enjoyable. We will definitely book this home again when we visit the Springs.
