Please be aware they do not have AC units, and you can’t keep your windows open because of noise and flies. Also my room had no fridge, and there was not enough personal hygiene staff inside the bath. No basic supplies (at least a water bottle) in the room. Price was affordable and competitive, location was good, and a 15Euro self parking was available upon request, which was acceptable but that price needs to be included in hotel (price of hotel shows low, when you book hotel they will ask you 15 euro for parking and 19 euro for break fast).

Very friendly and helpful staff, and they spoke English very well. The room was for 3: it was very spacious, had a mini fridge, and the third person had their own room with a skylight. The hotel was right near the Rhine River, which was lovely to walk at sunset. The area had many restaurants and shopping to choose from. I enjoyed this hotel experience.

A basic good clean hotel centrally located in the city center next to a church that its bell would chime every fifteen minutes. Their night receptionist needs training in professionalism and manners!

I was confronted in the breakfast room by a personal that I didn't pay for breakfast, although I paid via Expedia for 2 person, he asked me to come to the reception. I had to show them my payment receipt, stating , breakfast for two people paid and inclusive. And that was after much discussion and very embarrassing for myself and my girlfriend. The personal at the front desk not well trained for the job

This place sucks. I wouldn’t even stay here if you paid me. The cleanliness of the rooms were not too great. I found hair in the sheets. The service was pretty terrible. I paid extra for a room with extra beds. But since I didn’t specify how many adults were staying they gave me a smaller room! I paid extra for a larger room. I asked the receptionist for extra sheets and I had to ask 3 times over the span for 6 hrs until he brought up sheets to my room.

Upon arrival, the lady at the reception cannot comunicate even a little bit in English and she gave us a wrong room. We booked a premium room with 3 single beds and she has randomly gave me a one queen bed room. Even after I showed her my confirmation with proof, she asked me come back in two hours, she need to ask another staff responsible for this booking. This is conpletely ridicious because we had showed her the proof on our phone written down 'premium room with 3 single bedroom". She took a photo on my phone and ask me to come back in two hpurs. When we che k out, it funally come a guy who able to speak English so we ask if he can make a small adjustment for compansation but he said no, he said the only thing he can do is to tell his manager what had happened. He didnt even apologize for the mistKe they have made. And he said you can made complaint if you like. Clearly they don' t care about their business. For the room, it has no charging ports. Asked for help in the reception, she just said "no". Glasses are dirty with food stick on it. The heater is broker with all wires ypu can see through. No bath tub for a premium, show curtain is old and dirty and too small for it. The who room is old, dirty and dated. All in all, I will never come back to this hotel again and I strongly not recoment anyone to book this hotel.

Frühstück geht so. Empfang war abends sehr nett besetzt, Zimmer OK und sauber. Leider viel zu heiß. Parkhaus ist zu eng für neue Autos. WLAN langsam aber stabil ca. 10 MB gemessen

Gardinen teilweise aus der Gardinenstange gerissen, daher war es nicht möglich blickdicht zu schließen und direkt vor der Fensterfront war natürlich eine extrem helle Neonleuchte. Insgesamt meines Erachtens nach renovierungsbedürftig und die Zimmer lieblos eingerichtet. Das geht viel besser.
