"Hotel is lovely, and service is first class, however it really could do with new windows, current ones are not double glazed, we were at the front near to the entrance so we had a lot of noise from people smoking and taxis dropping people off. Windows look very shabby too"

Beautiful grounds

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room not the cleanest with mud and biscuit crumbs under desk and around bin. But bed very comfy and plenty of towels. Evening menu a little limited. Spa lovely but really crowded and main hot tub broken."
