the pool says heated an it's not, the refrigerator in the room moves around isn't very stable the dam thing nearly fell on my foot multiple times, the shower does not drain, the elevator stunk like funk, the complimentary shampoo and conditioner didn't have anything in them. The TV had a dark tint tried to brighten it up in settings it didn't work, it's under construction and no where on its website did it say that. Over all not really satisfied actually disappointed.

Very clean . I was frustrated at the fact that 150$ smoking deposit was not mentioned before booking . It caught me off guard . Other than that . It was a quite great place to stay for business purposes .

We were given a handicap room (#100) at the facility. A major health and safety concern is the wheelchair accommodating shower. A thorough mold and mildew decontamination is needed on the tile and grout. The king sized bed has prominent discomfort zones due to the wire support rod around edge of mattress. Mattress is also concaved due to I am guessing age, and needs replacing. Furniture in room is worn and tired appearing, and needs freshening or replacing.
