"Nice place, good location in very quit neighborhood. Some small improvements could be made with what the rental cost is. Like picnic tables unable to be sat at due to rotting, replacement of a couple sticking sliding doors and more than 1 shuffle board stick with all parts that could be found in unorganized shed. "Good location. Close to pretty much everything you would want to walk to. There's a couple little grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream places, bars, surf shops, and of course the beach. The house itself has pots, pans, dishes, glasses, ect so you can cook. They left plenty of beach towels for just the two of us and had a beach wagon all ready to go as well. "We really enjoyed the property and how close it is to the beach and all of the bars and restaurants. Our only issue was the upstairs guests were up all hours of the night and not courteous of the other guests and made it very difficult to get any sleep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"This small studio needs some renovation. The location is perfect but the unit is not accommodating for long stays. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline! The 2 chairs, which serve as your only sitting place, didn’t have a comfortable cushion. The kitchen was very under equipped. The appliances are very old (oven is rusted out) and the refrigerator is noisy. There was only a small 6” frying pan, no wine glasses, no wine opener, no spatula, no scissors, etc....

"Great place to stay. Our 1st room had a funky smell so we asked for another room. Front staff was very accomodating. Was able to get fresh coffee from the registration area as the coffee maker wasn't really a coffee pot. Loved having a full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms and deck. Would stay again. "
