The location is in beautiful countryside, yet just within minutes walking is a coffee shop with wonderful homemade goods and a bar that plays music nightly. "Easy access to I-24. Property is nicely appointed and most things you need are provided. Townhouse was also quite clean. No toaster that we could find and we didnt find kitchen or half bathroom hand towels but got by with broiler and just grabbed an upstairs washcloth for half bath. Overall a nice Property and would recommend"

"Not the best location. The outside looked terrible. The kitchen was not fully stocked. No paper towels, only two small bath towels in the bathroom even though there were three guests. Didn’t get an access code. Had to call the host to get it and he didn’t know that we were coming. Afterwards, the worst experience I’ve had ever. I thought it was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like someone smoked something other but cigarettes."

"For starters the hosts are kind and flexible. I booked the wrong dates and at the last minute they punted for me and were able to accommodate my family. The house is comfortable, clean as can be, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and has many extras. The property is close to the cute downtown area and Austin Peay. I would recommend it to anybody coming to Clarksville."
