"Property was not clean when we showed up. Floors were dirty and beds left not made and unclean. House is very outdated. Heaters hardly worked. Heater in the living room we had to turn the thermostat to max for it to turn on and the one in the main bedroom seemed to not work at all. We had to wash the bedsheets before using. Luckily they did have a washer and dryer out back but the dryer also didnt seem to work properly. "

"The house was spacious and has plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. With several sitting areas it was nice to be able to spread out and have private conversations. The backyard patio was beautiful, a nice location to have breakfast every morning. All in all, a great neighborhood and lovely home to stay in."

Comfy bed, wonderful bathtub, small but functional kitchen, great heating/cooling, love the electric car plug in, perfect parking, and great neighborhood. Property managers are excellent. Things for the owner to consider are noise from washer and dryer and smell. I think you had some smokers stay and the smell really lingers."
