Stay was better than expected. Was met by what I think is the manager Turahn (spelling?) who did the best he could to allow an early check-in as my flight had arrived early for my granddaughter's HS Graduation. I got lost for an hour at the Cracker Barrel next door and came back and he assigned me a room. The room had recently been remodeled and was very updated. Staff is very friendly and do their best to please with a smile. I would recommend this as a comfortable, clean, safe placed to stay.

The deposit is ridiculous and am waiting for them to return it in 3 to 5 business days. Breakfast is nothing to brag about. Stale bread. Not sure who edits reviews but their continued annoyance will delete my effirts

Rooms could use some updates, but my major problem is on Mondays the entire hotel is shut down from water access from 11-3 pm. My family could not shower, flush the toilet, brush our teeth, wash our face or hands due to this issue. 4 hours without water is insane. They called the room at 9am that morning to inform us of this but apparently it’s something that is done every morning for water Maintenance. So this information could have been shared during check in on Saturday morning.

We had a nice stay here while visiting Great Wolf water park over spring break. Our room was pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog, which is very important to us. The staff were all very friendly and the pool, breakfast space and lobby were all comfortable and well taken care of. Our room had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. The only tick against this property is that the grounds around the hotel all full of trash and dog waste, which is obviously not ideal. I was able to walk oir dog a bit farther out to avoid this so it wasn't a major problem for my family but it may be an issue for others.
