I didn’t like that the pool was all inside and they had no place for sunbathing. The water was cold. I thought the water would be heated and there were no towels available.

Very nice people, everything clean! My daughter go to the pool and it needs cleaning better, it was clean but the floor and walls it's was like dirty.

For starters, the room had a weird smell to it and didn’t seem very clean. We wanted to go to the pool so my kids could swim but the pool was kind of dirty and there was a party of 15 kids swimming at the pool so we didn’t get to enjoy it at all. The phone in the room didn’t work and the beds were not comfortable at all. The breakfast was very minimal in the morning and overcrowded, so we didn’t even really eat other than a muffin. Very dissatisfied with the stay.

We are not of Hispanic descent and would have liked to have a regular American breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and/or sausage gravy & toast. We don’t eat tacos & scrambled eggs for breakfast. The employees were very nice & helpful.

Property in general looks beat-up. Staff not particularly attentive. Beds were lacking, blankets thin, my room was dirty, air conditioner slow and produced wet air. Dingy lighting in the bathroom. Dated television with bad resolution. It was a large room but I would stay in a nicer hotel next time.

Stayed here before, a number of years ago and it was clean then. Booked a different hotel and it was not clean, so rebooked the Hyatt again and it was still clean! It’s definitely a favorite.

Halls are extremely loud/rowdy. I was woken up at 11:30pm, 1am, 3:30am, and 5am by shouting in the halls. Room was clean, staff was okay. Overall it was fine because I didn’t have my kids with me that were being woken up, just me.

Mariela was so great, helpful, and nice! She helped us check-in quickly. She was very quick to know the room accommodations. She was busy all night helping people check-in as well as being the bartender, but I never seen her without a smile & she kept her positive attitude & helpfulness! Also, the breakfast, much to our surprise, was so good. We did not expect breakfast tacos to be served, but the breakfast taco bar was so good. A breakfast taco bar should always be what’s served here, I would definitely choose this hotel over any other strictly for Mariela & those breakfast tacos! Compliments to the chef & whoever made that breakfast menu- it was perfect!

Stayed with family overnight. Staff were as very friendly and check in went quickly. Room was adequate for family of five. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was standard continental. Hotel is beginning to show age and wear. Could use some updating and our room could have been cleaner. Overall stay was fine.

Our stay was unplanned, and we booked at the last minute via the Expedia app. We stayed in double bed suite- it was very clean and well kept. It was an updated room and anything we had forgotten was covered by the front desk. We were able to order pizza delivery from a local place and have it delivered to the hotel. The front desk staff was professional and kind. We did have the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning and it was hot and fresh.

We liked that we had a hot breakfast with other choices and that we could bring our dogs. The room was nice too, with a couch to sit on and watch tv instead of sitting on the bed. Nice little fridge and sink by the fridge. We have stayed here before and have returned. Will come back next year too. There was a pool and hot tub, but we forgot to bring swim trunks to enjoy them.

There was vomit in front of the front door when we arrived, and the man that checked us in gave me a werid look when he asked if we needed two keys and I said just one. The pool seriously needs to be cleaned, you can smell the chlorine way far away from the pool. The room was clean, no bed bugs, just some dust. The housekeeper lady was so nice, and the guy that checked us out. Breakfast was good, I asked the cook if the bacon was turkey and she said yes, something like that. It could have been a language barrier. At check in, he said they will charge your card 100 for incidentals, I was charged 92.49 for it.
