Was given a room in the evening (while still light out) that I came back to when dark to discover the room darkening shade would not pull down so the lights in the parking lot were glaring into the room. Told the person at the front desk that it was unacceptable and said they were fully booked and another room was not available. Next morning I told the next person on duty to have it fixed. Came back at 3pm, still not fixed. Told the next person the problem, he came up and looked at it and gave me another room. Asked when I checked in if there was daily maid service, he said yes. Room was never cleaned for the next 3 days of my stay. Upon checking out I asked about the maid service and was told it was upon demand. Would have been nice to know in advance. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

Hotel was good for what it is, a cheaper, budget type hotel. It was fairly modern and new, clean and lots of parking. It is located next to a busy road that youc an hear cars go by all the time depending where your room is. The room was decent size and fairly comfortable bed. The air situation left a little to be desired but it was okay. The hotel is a little far away from highways to Chicago if that matters to you. Overall for a cheap hotel in the suburbs the hotel will meet your needs if that's all you're after.

Our stay at as great here. The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is that our microwave in our room was not working and we asked to get it replaced but they never replaced it.

Overall this place is a solid place to stay if you are looking for something close to the airport and not looking for much. The first night was fine, the room seemed clean and the breakfast was decent. The second night we came back to our room we found that our room had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and they told us that they did not have enough staff to clean our room which was an odd thing to say. The same night it seemed like a bunch of high school kids booked the night there and were running up and down the hall screaming for hours. Other than that I would say don’t expect much. This place is average at best

The room was a great fit for a family of 4. The beds were comfy and had plastic covering the mattresses! Great for little kids that might have accidents. A wide variety of places to eat near the facility and the breakfast had many options!

Interesting place. Struggled with limited heat and hot water intervals. Laundry soap machine inoperable and front desk had no idea where to access more laundry soap. Clothes ended up unwashed. Blinds would not raise and lower without front desk to struggle them free (chain was unusable). TV shows would lose audio every 30 minutes in 30 second intervals. Something going on here, but whatever. Very clean and beautiful. Smallest bathroom and tallest beds ever encountered in a major hotel chain. Nice staff overall.

This hotel was nicr, easy check in staff were also kind. I removed a star because the room we originally had the heater unit fan would go on and off making lots of noise throughout the night. There was also a vent in the bathroom blowing super cold air. We asked to change rooms and the other room was nice but still had the fan noise from the heater. Breakfast was 4/10 not much options.
