The property is a bit far from the city center, but it’s a very elegant hotel with excellent service. The staff is friendly and attentive, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is truly outstanding. Housekeeping was excellent — the room was always spotless, and they consistently left plenty of bottled water and small treats for us, which was a lovely touch. That said, the hotel could use a light renovation — for example, the bathtub tiles were stained due to age, and the bar area would benefit from a more inviting and modern atmosphere.

It’s international breakfast with Chengdu local selection for RMB149. Food taste is ok. Room is clean & the service is on the spot. Staffs were helpful especially Zoey who assisted us in trying to find nearest hospital & laundry services. She still remembered that I injured knees badly and asked if I did feel better not. Only bad side is not too near to the metro station, bed is too soft. Just a short distance to chunxi road. I like their pool which is very comfortable and not crowded

We booked a twin double bed room for our family of 4. Overall we enjoyed our stay, breakfast was great with good options and quality, they provided a tent in the room for the kids, great pool which the kids enjoyed a lot. The condition is better than i thought maybe

5 stars all the way, great service, convenient

The staffs are really friendly, helpful. The room is very comfortable and clean. Enjoy the breakfast, a lot of choices to choose from. Definitely will return to this place again.

Service is really great at St Regis, our butler Sherry greeting us at the lobby and have our room arranged beyond our expectation. the hotel is highly recommended for business or leisure.
