We had a small vow ceremony with some friends. We organized a small dinner on the beach that turned out great. The staff actually went above and beyond. There provided service that we didn’t expect. In addition, the dinner set up they did was incredible. I’ll never forget it. I would definitely stay here again. The one think I would have liked to know ahead of time was the $1000 hold for incidentals, that was kinda is steep. Also be forewarned that you can head everything in your room and there is no insulation. Other than that. Perfect place.

This is my second time going to this resort, I Love it so much. Family-oriented my kids love it. but don’t get confused they have some awesome activities for adults. The first time I went there, I traveled all around Cancun to Tulum, but this time we just wanted to enjoy the resort. You don’t have to leave the resort. It was enjoyable there.

There was varuety of restaurants and good dining options

Staff were very nice. Pools and property well maintained. Ventus and Ventus Ha side were pretty boring. Would benefit from activities and/or music very far walking and carts were often a pain to locate or staff would be irritated to give you a ride because they were short staffed to provide transport around the hotel. Butlers went out of their way to help you and provide a positive experience. Thanks to David, Enrique and Gonzalo. The food was mediocre. Aakat and the Mexican restaurant were by far the worst. Just go to the buffet then go to these restaurants. Entertainment did a great job overall with shows and entertainment at the main pool. Probably wouldn’t come back due to the food quality and room service not being very good.
