I had booked this hotel thinking it would be clean and smelling good but arrived to it smelling like crap with the AC blowing at full max. I pulled up to the bathroom see a cockroach welcoming me within the first minute of me checking in.

Great location and very cheap. But there were cockroaches in the bathroom. I had to definitely did not feel comfortable walking with barefoot on the floors . Also a rusty towel rack left black marks all over the white towels.like anything in life. You get what you pay for.

This has to be the worst stay I have ever had, the place was dirty, it has a terrible smell like Smoke and there were roaches every where, super inexpensive but not clean at all.

The place is a dump. Clothing rack pulled off the wall. Black mold in the shower. Bed made loud metallic noise every time I turned over. Curtain did not cover window so bright light shown in all night long.

I had just been discharged from the hospital after having a C-section and the room he put us in was infested with bed bugs. I got ate up all night long. We paid for another 2 nights in a different room, then asked for a refund instead because we didn't want to chance getting bit anymore. The man at the front desk lied about canceling our reservation. He gave us our money back for 1 night but still charged us for the other. Even when I called back and explained to him that we only got half of our money back, he still tried to tell me that he cancelled both and to just give it a couple of days longer. We still haven't gotten our money back, and they never called us back about it. We're currently homeless and just had to cremate our daughter. That money was literally all we had at the time, which I also explained to them.

The gentleman at the front desk was the nicest thing about this place. The pool was ice cold, the hallway both downstairs and upstairs smelled like weed and cigarette smoke,as soon as we walked in the room I killed a roach bug, the smoke alarm was not on the wall the wires were cut, there were multiple holes in the walls ,one of the electrical outlets was blacked out from a fire. I could go on and on but I won't.

This property is the nastiest place I have ever stayed in and they do not care. Bugs everywhere. Dirty in every spot of the bathroom and walls. The shower curtain smelled like mold. The air unit had something smeared all over it. The property manager is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. They are very aware of their mold and impossible living conditions and do not care to fix it. Do not stay here.

The property was poorly maintained. Hairdryer missing in the room, roughly patched walls, 2 live roaches, missing toilet paper holder. The blankets looked dirty. The toilet didn’t flush. The breakfast was minimal. Cold decaf coffee at 7 am in the morning. Outside the bedroom window was full of trash where homeless were probably living.

This property is Very Very Horrible! My Hotel is infested with Roaches! I was in a bind late night and the funds were already tied up online in this Hotel... Otherwise I would have definitely had to leave! I really don't understand how they're in business with the Roach Infestation. Had to transfer from one room to the next still the same thing and the other room did not have a toilet seat and I was told that none was available because that was the last room available...... I'm requesting a Refund! Also I definitely need to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau..

How is this place even in business. Pay $10, $15, even $100 more to stay anywhere else. The breakfast was a joke. It smelled. You stuck to the floor, even in your room. The bedding might have been new 30 years or so ago when they first opened. I will be trying to get my money back on this one and I usually go with the flow.

Free breakfast was over before 9am. Heard every alarm clock, shower & arguments from other rooms. Sheets felt like sandpaper. Shower never reached a warm temperature and bathroom sink took ages from the lack of water pressure to get enough for a "horrible" room coffee. Yes I arrived well after Midnight and was attempting to take advantage of the noon checkout but gave up by the time the sun had risen due to my curtains not closing properly and every street light in the parking lot was facing my room.
