Room was dusty bathroom was not the cleaness . Identity was compromised someone called my room pretending to be front desk staff telling me that my credit card was charged extra for meals at the hotel restaurant this was told to me it was a new employee that was intraining but in the process they needed my card info again to refundmy money and they would allow me to check out at 2pm for the inconvenience. The call came in at 9am still sleeping of course but awaken from this call . My bank starting sending me fraud alerts to my cellular and all of these unknown charges started hitting my bank account i had to get dressed go to the hotel front desk to speak with management about the call that came to my room and wanted to speak with guy that called representing the hotel to come to fi d outhe didn't work there they didn't have any idea who this person was and i was not the only guest that this person did this to the manager said. Awful experience want a refund unsafe environment

The property was clean and Staff was very pleasant and helpful.. However on Day of check out house keeping continuously knocked on my door and even walked in my room after I told them multiple times that I had a late check out.. It was a bit frustrating and I felt rushed.. Overall i would stay here again.. Outside of what happend on day of check out i had an amazing and comfortable say

This property was not what I expected from Holiday Inn. I chose Holiday Inn because I normally have a positive experience with them. The Front desk clerk had difficulty checking me in and gave me a room that was already occupied. The new room looked clean but smelled as though someone had just left. Smelled like cologne. Carpet didn't look as clean. Heating unit was noisy.
