The hotel and staff were great but the breakfast was a ripoff. Would never recommend it to anyone. I have had far better free breakfasts at less expensive hotels. $13.00 for the breakfast was absolutely uncalled for.

It’s in a great area and SO much cheaper than other hotels that are 2-3 minutes away. We had a rental car so traveling around the city was easy. However the desk and a part of the bed was broken when we got to the room. Also there were colored weird stains on the wall behind the door that looked like ink or paint

The property was listed as river view there was a view of the highway. It was disappointing and not a walkable distance to downtown which I was told was possible when I called.

I would of liked a better menu for dinner and the breakfast is too expensive. Housekeeping was great! The bed was comfortable and great linens! Kudos to Kristyn G. in the bar, she went above and beyond to meet customer needs. The picture on your site, is miss leading, looks like it is on the River, it is not.

Two night stay. East to Uber to Charleston. Staff were great. Only issue is it took 15 min to get hot water. Would stay again.

I was very unhappy. The air condition did not write work in the room. It would not come on. We were sweating and hot. We called the front desk and spoke to Billy. He told me that he would make a report, but he had no maintenance people available to get the air condition working. He offered to change the room however, it was 1 o’clock in the morning and my child was sleeping. So I did not want to be disturbed so I just laid there awake sweating all night. When Expedia tried to call to resolve the issue for me, there was no report of it and Billy wasn’t there so they wouldn’t help me very upsetting. He should’ve done a report like he told me he would.

Hotel was safe, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only thing that sucked was no hot water for my shower due to the hotel being at capacity. Maybe don't book the hotel to capacity if it prevents hot water for your guests.

The front desk staff were super sweet and helpful. Location is very convenient. However, the shuttle was not running and the patio was not set up to enjoy. Good price fir location.

For what the hotel has to offer, in my opinion, the price is more than reasonable. most other hotels i’ve stayed at for this price have been half as nice with less to offer. the hotel is clean, modern and the staff is incredibly friendly. the rooms are very comfortable, also modern and includes a smart TV, while being unique compared to any other hotel i’ve stayed at. i’ve traveled across the country twice in the past two years and i wish there were more of these places!
