"Staff were very welcoming and attentive. While helping other guests with check in, the team did not hesitate to offer refreshments upon arrival. The rooms were very exceptionally clean and did not disappoint. Breakfast was very smooth as well and variety available. We ended up having to leave unexpectedly late in the middle of the night, and the team did not hesitate to coordinate seamless transport to eliminate further stress on our already stressful return back. We would love to stay here again for future trips to Chania. Tips for future travellers: Apple maps does not provide correction directions and would recommend searching by the restaurant name to locate. "

"This little hotel is honestly the perfect place. It has such character with its courtyard and winding hallways, the room I had was spacious and clean and the AC was amazing after a hot day out at the beaches! The service from the staff was top notch, they treat you like family not like another hotel guest! Its location is also hard to beat! Right on the water near the old bay, restaurants and shopping everywhere yet the pace at the hotel is still very relaxed! The breakfast was also amazing! I truly enjoyed my stay here and will absolutely be back in the future! "

"We absolutely loved this hotel! It was super quaint, clean, and in a great location. The owner was extremely friendly, commuicative and gave us great advice regarding our hiking excursion to the Somaria Gorge. This was our first trip to Greece and the islands. A couple of things that would've been helpful to know: 1. The hotel street is not accessable by car, so you can't drive up and drop off your luggage. 2. Parking was challenging as the streets in the town are blocked off from vehicles passing through. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again! "

"My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Viaggio Elegant rooms. The boutique hotel is very conveniently located in old town Chania and the property manager Katerina is incredibly friendly and accommodating, showing up incredibly early to let us check in after a morning flight. She also provided very helpful recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The room not only came with waters but also juices and coffee and slippers which were a lovely touch. Our room was even upgraded! One thing to note is that the hotel is located next to a hostel so you may hear people outside your window depending on the room but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix. There is also no elevator so be prepared to walk up a few flight of stairs to your room but this was expected! Could not recommend this hotel enough and Katerina’s hospitality was top notch. "
