One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again.

Nice spa facilities, loved the hot chocolate coming from the coffee machine. Really wish it had AC as we had to leave the door open at night. Thankfully wasn’t noisy outside

First time In Chamonix and Heliopic was a hyge win. Next to the Aguile du Midi lift and 2 mins from center ville. This was an amazing experience. The spa was incredible add on, and we used it everyday. We stayed in the privilege room and had an amazing view of the Alps. Plus very comfortable amenities and excellent staff. We were helped to a couple of hikes and recommendations. Will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Chamonix. The hotel is top!

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. It's the perfect spot for skiing with everything you could possibly need located centrally. The team were extremely helpful in the leadup to our holiday and very prompt at replying to any questions I had and arranging transfers, ski equipment and passes. The dining was absolutely phenomenal and we really rated the spa facilities too. We will definitely be back, thank you team Héliopic!

Everything about this hotel is excellent, the service, the rooms, the view, the spa. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Perfect for a nice relaxing stay away in the mountains. Walking distance to from the centre and the cable cars to Aiguille du Midi, which is a must do!
