Great location and family oriented hotel on the outskirts of Chamonix. Really good breakfast and dinner club within the hotel. Only the pool area was a little too busy to be enjoyed as it was too noisy to give a proper spa experience. Otherwise a great overall hotel with a unique family and 80s vibe

The front desk employees are welcoming and helping. They introduced the train closed to hotel which we didn’t know before. It’s very convenient as we took the train to everywhere since we arrived.

We loved our stay at Big Sky! The mid century decor was awesome The amenities were wondeful and our kids had some much fun! The dinner was also great as well as the service.

Everything about this hotel is great.we had a nice 1 week stay here.staff is helpfull and friendly.reception staff speak good english.house keeping everyday.nice swimming pool,jacuzi and sauna.nice reataurant area with good food..views of mont blanc is breath taking from window. Hotel is located 8 min drive from chamonix town. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quirky decor( in a good way!) Fantastic breakfast, very comfortable bed and some stunning views from the room if you choose a Mountain View room. Good wine choice in the bar and an altogether pleasant stay. Looking forward to going again!

Comfortable and spacious rooms and beautiful common areas (games for kids and adults alike, comfortable couches by a fireplace and tv, lovely bar area/breakfast setup, and stunning outdoor space). The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, answering all our questions and handling an issue very quickly! And the location is great - only 5-7 min drive from a lot of the restaurants in Chamonix and the gondola. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff was really friendly and the room spacious. The breakfast offered a lot. There were a lot of free parking spots available. A bonus were the bikes and shuttle without any extra costs. Plus a hotel card for the public transport.

If your main goal is to explore Chamonix, this hotel may not be the most convenient option. Although shuttle service is technically available, it was not accessible after the initial check-in pickup, which was disappointing. The hotel is located about 8 minutes away by taxi, but you’ll need to spend at least €25 each way, which quickly adds up. Because it’s far from the town center, it’s not possible to return to the hotel during the day to rest. This made it difficult to enjoy the afternoons, as there wasn’t much to do at the hotel itself. Overall, the location made our stay less flexible and enjoyable than we had hoped.

We loved our stay at this hotel, it was perfect for a family with a small child. There was a lot of activities to do around the hotel, it is a drive or bus ride into the main part of town. We would Highly recommend. The funky style very much appealed to us.

The overall experience is definitely positive. Staff was absolutely great, very friendly and helpful . However ….. a 12 maybe 14 sqm room with the tinniest shower/toilet is definitely not worth paying 350 euros a night for a hotel that is a 3 star tops... Having a pool on site is not what a 4 star makes.

The staff are absolutely excellent here, incredibly friendly. Location is good. 10 minutes walk to the main bus lines, but also a bus stop outside hotel that doesn’t run quite as often. Pool was nice and clean. Food in the hotel was excellent we ate twice in the restaurant. Really relaxed chilled vibe so you can fully relax in your comfy clothes in reception. WiFi good too!! Only real complaint was it is a little noisy in your facing the motorway side, but after a long day skiing we was that tired it didn’t effect us but did wake us up in the mornings.

Schade, dass das Zimmer zur Straße war. Es war nachts sehr laut, aufgrund der belebten Straße, wenn das Fester offen war. Der Spa Bereich war bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Vor den Frühstück wäre ich gerne schwimmen gegangen.

Endroit merveilleux pour un séjour en amoureux, la vue sur la montagne était magnifique 😍 le personnel était super. La chambre était propre er accuillante. La fondue savoyarde miammm. Je recommande fortement cette endroit.
