"We didn't lack anything. The apartment is exactly as described and pretty much perfect for a family or two/three couples and the location just couldn't be better. Walking distance to Charamilion, very close to shops in Argentiere and Grand Montets, safe, quiet and away from hustle and bustle of the centre of Chamonix. Laura is a wonderful and very helpful host. We hope to keep on returning on regular basis!"

"Stopped here overnight and was quite surprised by how nice the accommodations are. Beautiful room with views . Walkable to the gondola . Literally right across the street. Restaurant with very good food on site. Staff was amazing . Would definitely stay here again ! A real gem . "

"There was a Brazilian waiter or bar manager that was amazing. Always smiling and when I dropped my two coffees going up to my room, he refilled them , gave me 2 free croissants and brought them up for me. Wow what a great service "

"Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"Young family, stayed here for 1 week. Positives: The underground parking is good because the car fits with a roofbox on the roof. You can walk (10 minutes) to the Grands Montets lift. Negatives: We booked because it had a lovely looking swimming pool for our kids and the listing advertised it as an amenity. We were shocked when just before arrival we were informed (along with the self check-in instructions) that the pool would be unavailable. Turns out it hasn't been available since covid,...
