The room we stayed in with the view of the château was beautiful. Very clean and well-maintained. The staff were very nice to us. We ate at the restaurant and the food we thought tasted great, and the service was great.

Stayed here last year and decided to return this year. Location superb and dinner on the terrace overlooking the Chateau at night is wonderful. No complaints about the staff or the hotel itself. In fact, the staff are lovely. Service can be very slow (and I’m quite a relaxed individual). Also, if you visit the bar, beware the rugs……Overall though, well worth going.

This beautiful hotel nestled in the charming French countryside is 5 minutes from the majestic Charmbord Castle. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need and want. The staff was so pleasant and helpful with our travel needs The restaurant on the property is elegant and the food is absolutely delicious! Michelin star rated I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s simple wonderful!🌻🏰🇫🇷

Beautiful property. Convenient to chateau. Delicious breakfast. Location and parking slightly difficult to navigate. May have been language barrier. Overall, excellent stay!

The property is beautiful. I didn't forgive myself for not writing down the name of the guy that take care of us, our luggage, and our car. He is so kind and offers us a 5-star experience. Other members of the staff should learn from him. We had dinner at the place, and the menu was poor of options and the food was just ok. I really expected much more. Because of the location, and the comfort of the rooms, I recommend staying at this property for at least one weekend.

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Chateau and it's grounds. It is a very magical place. The restaurant is phenomenal.

I absolutely love my room has an outdoor table and chairs and a view of some parts of the Chambord castle. I will definitely stay there next time I go back there.

The location is superb and the proximity and views of the castle amazing. The Front Desk staff are excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately the service at the outdoor bar was disappointing and I waited 30 minutes from sitting down to getting my drink. Very frustrating but still the staff is friendly and indoor service and dinner at the bistro was excellent.

The property was hands down the best out of all the hotels me and my girlfriend stayed in throughout my 3 week Europe trip. We loved the large space in the room, the huge bathtub and they gave free bottles of water and a small box of chocolates every day! The lady at the check-in counter was super helpful in giving us information about what to do around the area. Would definitely come back again given the chance.

Very bad service! I tried to cancel 1 night several days before and they lied to me about it. Having to call my travel agent… and the travel agent who i know for a long long time told me they didn’t want switch my last night . Anyway overall is bad They are way toi much ! And service is BAD ! French ( my first language) is very bad ag this hotel ! Bunch of young studient from around tue world ( cool ?) but not so cool id u need something from them Also the manager was not nice and didn’t come to talk to me ! My problem Overall is bad ! Very bad and trust me i travel around the world and this is the first time i had this experience

The hotel is nice and the proximity to the Château is why you stay here. The room was small but nice and had a lovely view of the sunset. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. That having been said, know that the hotel and limited food options are part of a theme-park-style operation that is the Château de Chambord attraction. It's nice but there is a lot of commotion, lots of people and everything costs more than you think it should.

Great stay, awesome location
Really nice hotel. Its location in front of the castle is definitely incredible (enjoy the evening walk around without the tourists). Service is welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit small for the price. I thought I booked the better restaurant but it seems there was a mistake and the reservation was made for the simpler one. In the end the incredible service made for it. Thank you for the stay!
