Staff were very nice. Pools and property well maintained. Ventus and Ventus Ha side were pretty boring. Would benefit from activities and/or music very far walking and carts were often a pain to locate or staff would be irritated to give you a ride because they were short staffed to provide transport around the hotel. Butlers went out of their way to help you and provide a positive experience. Thanks to David, Enrique and Gonzalo. The food was mediocre. Aakat and the Mexican restaurant were by far the worst. Just go to the buffet then go to these restaurants. Entertainment did a great job overall with shows and entertainment at the main pool. Probably wouldn’t come back due to the food quality and room service not being very good.

The staff were amazing and so kind. Everything was smooth and easy to do. Pools were great and activities for kids were fun. Restaurants were ok. Kobo was the best! Beach is not swimmable but that didn't bother us much. We still did the kayaks and hobbie cat was fun!
