"Very hands-off accomodations experience with good and clear communications prior to checking in. Not fancy, but had everything we could have wanted and was clean and comfortable. I will definitely look to book a cabin at Holly's Place the next time that I go to South Lake Tahoe."

"Gorgeous land and buildings. Amazing room. A door on the master bath cabinet in our room had broken hinges and it looked like it had been that way for a while and not repaired. The shower felt a little awkward with no good place to hang your towel while you shower so you could easily get it when you're done. One of the drawers in the master bedroom would not stay closed and would slide open slightly by itself. Overall, an incredible place to stay."

Larkspur Landing Sacramento - An All-Suite Hotel

Quaint, comfy, easy

"We went to Sacramento for a family members graduation from CSUS. Although the campus is near by to the hotel, the graduation is in downtown Sacramento at the Golden 1 Center (where the Kings play). The location of Larkspur made it easy to rideshare to and from the hotel and various venues. There was ample parking, and it seemed farily secure (didn't see broken windows in the parking lot, or broken glass on the ground). The room we had was fairly basic, but it had a great kitchenet. If the stay was longer, it would have been a great place to rest for a few days. Things I would change: Sound from the door way, we were on the 1st floor, by the elevators, and across from the laundry/ice room. We would not get a 1st floor room next time, and definitely not one so close to the door, the elevator, and the ice room. The breakfast they offered was not appealing, but will do in a pinch, on the go, or on a budget. It was pick a microwave entree, some coffee, some granola, cereal, and a few other options. Things we enjoyed: *Location! *Kitchenet *Ample parking, not secured per se, but no issues *Dog friendly *Responsive climate control in the room *Friendly staff *Amenities near by *Affordable *Comfortable bed *Hot water for showering *Other amenities I hope people found this review helpful.
