"Customer service was excellent. Parking lot is too small - seems like beach goers that aren't lodging at the Nautilus take up spaces and then lodgers end up parking across the street. Coffee bar was nice and much appreciated. Would have really enjoyed being able to order breakfast. All in all we had a wondeful Memorial day weekend getaway. The oceanfront rooms have a gorgeous view of the sunrise each morning. Thank you! "

"I liked the staff made sure are stay was awesome. With 2 kids we went through alot kf towells and the made sure we had plenty. The staff complemented our kids and enjoyed our 6 yr old having a blast. Definitely going back. Thank you from the shaver family. "

"This was a great place to stay! My sister and I went on a cruise out of Port Canaveral and this hotel was very accommodating. We got to the hotel by 10:30, they told us that it would be a while before we could check in but they put their cleaning staff on it (keep in mind check in isn’t until 4pm). They were going to store our suitcases so we could go eat somewhere…we had a super early fly and was starving by now. We were getting ready to walk out the door and they called us back to tell us our room was ready…it had only been about 10 minutes since they told us it would be a while. They offered to deliver our luggage for us. We signed up for the transport to our cruise from the hotel and from cruise to airport…no issues with transport to either place!! The only complaint I would have is they need more pool chairs knowing they have a lot of cruisers that stays there and didn’t have many chairs. Great place to stay!"
