"This was a unique hotel. Definitely a historical hotel so the furnishings are also dated but that’s what this place is all about so do not expect any modern furnishings. Also, 3 floors and no elevators . Fine for us but not for anyone that can’t take the stairs. Whirlpool tub was nice. Front desk ladies were very nice. Will definitely be back. "

"The rooms were small but comfy and homey feeling. They were clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job tidying up. The only thing we found off putting about the room was how loud the air conditioning was. The front desk staff were friendly and inviting. However, the parking was lacking. We had to park up the street from the hotel a couple times, which wasn't easy when carrying things, like luggage, to the room from the car.
