"First off I want to say the room size was fantastic! Really spacious, I loved the set up. It made it much more comfortable for our large family. The rooms were kind of outdated and the beds weren't great, also really creaky. Our shower was out of shampoo, but I had brought some along. overall our stay was good. Receptionist was super friendly. Breakfast was ok. "

The hotel is next to the convention center so navigating to and from the parking garage takes some effort and the key access didn't always work on the elevator. That being said, the staff more than made up for these inconveniences. 5 stars to the hotel staff."

"Well kept hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. Terrace where you can eat breakfast outside and get your morning sun. The staff was helpful when I left something of value behind. They retrieved it from the room immediately. Great breakfast with gluten free muffins and great coffee. Rooms need better lighting in the bathroom. Difficult to put makeup on in the light provided. Every hotel fails on this point. They don't consider women in the design. If housekeeping isn't going to come in every...

"Blow dryer in room did not work. Breakfast was normal except nobody was cleaning anything. There was syrup everywhere on all the tables and counters. There were at least 4 employees there at breakfast time but they were just talking and laughing. "
