The property has a gated parking and the rooms are spacious and clean and fine beds for a good night sleep. Cleanliness is good, despite the few strands of hair in the shower and on the bed. The service was friendly and I appreciated that the workers went out of their way to help me. It will be noisy because its next to the airport, but I did not lile that. Vigie Beach is about a 15 min walk. The small airport is right across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Delayed flight, canceled flight, or connecting, plan your stay. Food is available at the restaurant and dry goods at the gas mart. Transport to and from the small airport as well as a 'can do' spirit by staff sets this budget property apart. There were some weak points such as lack of furniture and an outdated sofa, but the other features were great. Excellent food at the restaurant. The staff were accommodating and the rates were reasonable. Also, everything you would want is pretty well walking distance. Loved our time there. Felt like a "local."
