"I loved it here. Just off of the heart of the city and near the a "private" beach. Great location and quiet. No view unless you like staring at a wall when you open a window :) A little tricky to find since it has a small entrance on the side, but no big deal. Spacious room with full kitchen. I would stay here again and with my family next time."

The owner is active in living in the basement and maintains a proactive and very welcoming engagement with the guests. The home is furnished with many older and most distinguished items. A large kitchen is accommodating at all hours and uses communal and modestly individualized arrangements for separation of guest foods, etc....

"Beautiful property, very spacious units, in fact it could have easily slept quite a few more people. The 2 bedroom unit is actually a 3 bedroom and the 1 bedrooms we saw all had 2 bedrooms. The extra bedroom was small with two twin beds which is maybe why they don’t count it? We loved it and would stay there again. Two complaints only: 1-it was quite damp and cold when we arrived so it would have been nice if they had turned the heat on in preparation for our arrival. 2-it wasn’t clear that...
