"Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Not a lot of Colombian style dishes available. There were more Mexican dishes. Restaurant prices were more aligned with US pricing and not Colombian pricing "

"Loved everything about this property!:) The only downside is I do not think it is really kid friendly. You cannot eat at the rooftop restaurant after 7 with a child and the main pool has no shallow area. There seemed to be zero things geared towards children. Staff is awesome…some of the best I’ve encountered. Room are extremely clean and housekeeping goes above and beyond. I recommend adding the breakfast package it is well worth it. "
