Great Place to Stay
This was our 2nd time renting this condo. The location is great, close to activities. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. We have rented many other condos, this one feels like “home”. Elizabeth was so flexible & kind when our plans changed by a day. We’ll stay here any time we are in Tahoe .

My wife and I left the heat wave in Louisiana to enjoy the Sierra Nevada weather. Lows of 36 Highs of 71. Accommodations were great. Location was great. We really enjoyed our stay in and around Lake Tahoe.

Great Incline Village Condo
Perfect condo stay for a small family (with older kids) or two couples. Downstairs private bedroom, upstairs loft bedroom, and bath. Very clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, convenient location for restaurants and skiing. One recommendation, the beds were fine but upgrading the downstairs bdrm mattress and bedding would make this a "10" and I would pay more per night for that.

Came for a short jaunt to snow with the family. We like adventure but are not highly skilled winter people. The cabin was warm and friendly. The kids had a ball in the yard, there were sleds and such available on the porch. Elizabeth was very responsive when we had a hiccup during our stay. She is an amazing and caring host!

The photos do not capture how cozy and well appointed this unit is! We are pleasantly surprised at the cabin-like feel for the place, heated floors in the bathrooms and ample space! Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Awesome Stay
We have rented in Tahoe every year for the past 6 years. This is hands down our favorite. Elizabeth was super responsive, check in and out were simple, and the condo was completely stocked with everything right down to toilet paper and paper towels. We appreciated the written detailed simple instructions for the TV and DVR. The heated bathroom floors were certainly an extra treat. This will be our first choice in future trips. Thanks again Elizabeth !

Great condo, great location
Overall we loved the place, especially for cooking and laundry. A few things to address: not enough dresser space. We stayed for a week and found drawer space insufficient. Also, the downstairs bedroom needs a new mattress. Loved the heated floors!

Such a charming, peaceful property nestled in pines. It has so many personal touches from heated rock floors to fury animals resting in plain site but cleverly hidden. Games, movies, books, & wonderfully stocked kitchen. Cant wait to go back.EXCEPTIONAL

Cozy mountain condo
This condo is in a great location, close to recreation center, tennis and pickleball complex, shopping and restaurants. The setting is lovely, with a deck overlooking a wooded area with chipmunks and blue jays. The condo is very comfortable. There are even heated floors in the bathrooms. If you stay here, be sure to watch the informative DVDs on the history of Lake Tahoe.

Very cute, cozy feel. We didn't spend much time here as we were in Tahoe for a family birthday celebration and spent most of our time with others at their property, or out and about enjoying the Tahoe experience. This was very conveniently located for us. Would love to come back!

Awesome Tahoe getaway
I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and had nice modern amenities and was very comfortable place to wind down and relax after hitting slopes in the area. Incline Village also has a variety of things to do that doesn't involve skiing or snowboarding. The host was very responsive to my questions and had a useful welcome packet.

This property is everything pictured and more. First, the location couldn't have been better and besides the amenities mentioned were many extra household and kitchen items. We used the cooler bag and ice pack and spices, sugar baggies etc. And left our extras too. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It is so much more then what you see. More amenities and extras then in description. Surrounded by beautiful giant pines outside and more then you need inside.

Great time on the lake!
My husband and I had a great time! The place was in a perfect location and had everything we needed! I loved staying in Incline Village. We were close to everything we wanted to do but the area seemed quieter and more natural than other areas of the lake. I would stay here again.

It's ok.
A nice place with lots of amenities and effort put into making it nice, but there was roofing going on which was not reflected in the ads until after booking was completed. It was very expensive to stay for two days while roofers were banging on the roof all through the day and my kids couldn't sleep. After I had booked the place I received a confirmation disclosing that there would be a 14% discount for roofers but I felt that this should have been reflected PRIOR to staying as the place was not cheap before or after the discount. The roofers were also kind of strange and continuously knocked on the door to ask me questions and to tell me to be careful of nails and not to bring the kids outside. Probably wouldn't go this route again for the price.
