"The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again."

"This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location."

"This house is amazingly beautiful!!! My sister's and I stayed and it was such a blessing waking up with the view of the beach at our front door! The neighborhood is wonderful. Host replies to all inquiries quickly, and there is a ton of space for you and your family/friends to truly enjoy yourselves!!!"

"This lovely beach home has an unparalleled view of Moonlight Beach which is just steps away. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants on 101. There is ample room on multiple decks for lounging, grilling & sunsets. The hosts communicate well to answer any questions. We hope to return in the near future!"

"There were 16 of us staying at the house preparing for a Wedding Party. We had plenty of room to host an additional 40 people for dinner and dancing. The house was perfect, communication with the property manager was wonderful and the view/grounds were spectacular. We would highly recommend Alta Vista!"

"The property had an amazing views right across Sunset Cliffs. You could see this sunset every day, which was amazing. The house is very large and can accommodate a very large group and well and also has a very nice pool and hot tub. The host was also easy to contact very helpful."

"This was the perfect setup for our group. All the amenities of home; it is clean, updated, and very comfortable. The three units allowed for privacy while still being close to each other. The location is close to grocery shopping, beach, and restaurants, but is still quiet and peaceful. "We loved our stay! The views are really hard to beat and the location was supreme! About a 20min walk to beach/ town. 15min drive to the airport and downtown. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space both inside and outside. One thing to note is that there are three bedrooms connected railroad style, but that wasn't an issue for us."
