Everything from the welcome of the staff, the room itself, very modern, clean and all that you need, a great view overlooking โ€˜The Portโ€™ and breakfast the next morning. Weโ€™d definitely stay there again should we need an overnighter in Newport. Highly recommend.

As someone born in Newport, I really appreciated seeing the references to the Transporter Bridge throughout the hotel. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The rooms and beds are comfortable and as two women guests we felt very safe

All the staff we interacted with were excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and the bar was great. The stay was very good value for money. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in Newport.
