La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibilissima per qualsiasi cosa anche info sulla zona/spiagge/ristoranti. "We had the pleasure of staying at Mariano and Martina's place for three weeks and would defiantly recommend it to anyone and hope to go back ourselves. From the warm welcome we received from Mariano and the guided tour of the property when we arrived, to the messages to ask if everything was ok during our stay and Martina's friendly visit to collect the keys when we left, the owners could not have done any more too make us feel at home and welcome. "The property was perhaps a bit smaller than the photographs indicated, but it did not really matter, everything was very stylish. I was a splendid place to stay and all the family enjoyed it enormousely and made full use of the facilities, pool, hot tub, steam room, etc and being able to step outside the back door strait into the sea was special. The hot tub broke down on the first Sunday but Marc & Valarie arranged for an engineer to fix it first thing Monday morning. Everything was very well...

"Lovely villa with large well kept gardens and every appliance and facility you would wish for. Games, toys, cooking appliances, beach towels, everything. Restaurants and a good supermarket in easy walking distance. Five adults and two infants able to spread out and not get under each other's feet. Only 30 minute transfer from Cagliari airport. Elvira is a delightful host and amazingly friendly and helpful."

"It was a nice property However you needed to drive for everything and no strolling in the evening in town too far away The property lacked a few things ie clock anywhere Side Tables in The living room we needed to Use the floor I had to cut many branches off the bushes outside as we couldn’t get in and out of the car in the parking area"
