"Although we only stayed for one night, everything we could have needed was here. The place was clean and tidy and well equipped. We headed straight for the beach made super easy by the chairs and beach equipment provided! The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. Check in and out was seamless! The host was easy to contact! Should we return to the space coast we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!"

"This was an excellent place for us to stay. Less than 5 minute walk from the beach, with all the necessities provided, chairs, umbrella, etc. Got to meet Stephanie and her husband personally on the beach while watching one of the launches from up the beach. I could only recommend that condiments(sugar, salt,pepper) be provided."

"This place was perfectly placed- steps from the beach, sand volleyball & pier. Well maintained property and very nice. I appreciate the kindness of former renters who left behind some useful household items (detergent). We left our contribution too (coffee & filters). "We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!"

"This property was so nice! Just a short walk to the beach boardwalk, and the pool is just outside the door. It's beautifully updated and incredibly clean inside. They even provided some snacks, water, and coffee- all those sweet finishing touches. Love the location- feels like a small town. And we had so much beach space to ourselves. Owner was always there if we needed her and she was super sweet. My family had so much fun on this trip-I hope we get to come back and stay again sometime!"

"It isn’t as new as some of the others, but this place is awesome! The property manager is onsite daily and easily reached, ready to help with ANYTHING! The area is the best, everything you could need in walking distance, and SAFE! The beach, breathtaking! My husband and I enjoyed mourning walks every day to watch the sunrise, and loved to watch it set over the city from the rooftop deck. Overall this place is amazing!! We can’t wait to come back! "Enjoyed the warm pool and got to see 6 Space Launches from the roof. Had a side deck that even on cool days it was warm. The beach was nice and not crowded. Can say enough good things about maintenance."

"We drove up to very welcoming two story tri-plex with an 8 car parkway ! Open the front door with the code provided and was pleased to see a large game room with a commercial Air Hockey table, pool table , and an Old fashion Arcade for two players ! Once we walked through the game room it opened up to a beautiful outside tiki bar, gazebo and a refreshing pool! They have everything you need for beach , and for your stay !! The apartments are all connected and gives you your personal space yet...

"The house had all the space we needed for our large group. The food items for our arrival was an added bonus you don’t get in most rentals! This rental has all you need and more! We would rent again and recommend to large groups."
