Wake up to stunning, panoramic mountain views through every window. Take a deep, relaxing breath and begin and end each day on your private, sun-kissed balcony with the sight of the sunbeams hitting the 25 mountain peaks all around you, including Three Sisters, Lawrence Grassi, Ha Ling and Rundle Range.

After an exhilarating rain shower or relaxing bath in the oversized soaker tub, you’ll think you’re in a spa when you wrap one of the thick luxury bath towels around you.

Your mountain paradise is ready for you to explore. Just a short walk from the Canmore Trail System and the Bow River, you are minutes from one of cleanest rivers in the world. Enjoy the downstairs float therapy spa, yoga studio, river rafting and dog sledding services located right in the building.

The Canmore Nordic Centre is a short drive or 20 minute walk and offers hiking and mountain biking in the summer and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Grassi Lakes is a spectacular hike for any age and stage. The Banff National Park gate is only 5 minutes away.

You are literally a short walk to restaurants, art galleries, the Bow River, the list goes on! Many people leave their vehicle parked their entire stay. Being downtown also brings some street noise, both from vehicles and people. If you're light sleepers, we suggest running the bedroom floor fan on low for light ambient white noise. A very comfortable, well appointed condo with great views and in a perfect location! You can tell the moment you walk in that Nadine & Derek take pride in their property! Love the art! Location, Location, Location! This condo HAS IT!
This VRBO condo listing is right in the heart of Canmore and a couple of blocks from numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries.It has a beautiful view of the mountains and our stay in the middle of September could not have brought any more perfect weather/temperatures! The condo is very clean, well-appointed and has a full functioning kitchen. One of the nice things we found in the kitchen was a big supply of coffee grounds and filters for the coffee pot in the kitchen! There is a stacked washer and dryer right off the kitchen and they made detergent available as well. The en suite bathroom had both a soaker tub and a shower. The second bathroom only had a soaker tub. Both had very luxurious, thick hotel towels that were very high quality. Both bedrooms had high quality linens on the queen size beds and were very comfortable. I would suggest the pillows are losing their shape and may need to be replaced. But overall, the bed was very comfortable. The living room and dining room were lovely and we loved opening up all the windows in the condo and letting the cool, fresh mountain air flow through the space! Nadine and Derek have an impressive art collection curated by local artists. It really added a personal touch to staying there. Nadine was a very accommodating host, very communicative, and sent us several restaurant and activity recommendations! We will definitely return when visiting the area! Thanks for all your help Nadine!

Great location and view!!
Location and view were the best. Host very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Pictures accurate. We didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared well stocked. Travel cooler and thermos in unit were great to have for our days out hiking. Note that the garage door is on side of building on 9th Street. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Perfect Condo in Canmore
Nadine was a gracious host and checked-in with us a few times to make sure all was good. The property location couldn't have been any better - it was close to the restaurants and shopping in town and also close to Banff and locations in the park. The Views!!!
This is a lovely condo with amazing views. Sitting out on the balcony of this condo gave us breathtaking views of the mountains around us. The property was clean and well kept. It was central to everywhere we wanted to visit in Canmore and the surrounding area. Nadine was quick to respond to any questions we had. The views from the terrace are spectacular. It was great to start and end the day out there. The apartment is nicely appointed and the kitchen is outfitted for serious cooking. It is close to town and many delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the owner is lovely and attentive.

Wonderful stay in breathtaking location
This condo is extremely comfortable, is in a fabulous location, and the host was wonderful. We loved the gorgeous views of the mountains from the balcony, the luxury accommodations, and being a 2-minute walk from Canmore shops and restaurants and only a 20-min drive from Banff. The property is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Nadine was very easy to work with and was very responsive before, during and after our stay. Check-in was a breeze. The only slight inconveniences: 1) as mentioned in the description, the condo sits along a busy road and we did hear truck traffic during the night which could be a problem for a light sleeper and 2) there are a few more responsibilities during check-out than some other VRBOs we have stayed at. Overall, the beauty, well-maintained accommodations, prime location and great host experience more than overcome any small inconveniences. Would highly recommend this location to others and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Canmore is only 20 minutes from Downtown Banff. This condo is located in a convenient location. It has everything you need and the view from the patio is amazing. Our group loves to go to the patio all the time to have the best view, chill, enjoy and relax. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a perfect place nearby to visit Banff and at a more affordable price.

Wonderful Canmore stay in a perfect location
A picture paints a thousand words. The photo’s posted were to a tee and especially as we had sunshine. Got to spend time on the balcony and watch the Canmore hustle and bustle. It’s a walk to everywhere and if you’re lucky you’ll meet Elk round the corner on the trail.

This condo is clean and comfortable. We were not there much, but it’s location was perfect as you are close to restaurants and shopping. I am a very light sleeper, so I heard the traffic every morning. Nadine was very attentive.
