This was my last stay on my 8 day solo trip and it helped me end it well, I originally booked an Airbnb but when I got there, it was horrible & in a rough neighborhood. I booked Kavia Plus for two nights, double bed room, it had a small balcony & a refrigerator. I took a star off because there's no chair in the room, there were flies in the sink area non stop & the shower head need to be replaced. The staff was helpful & very friendly. I had breakfast in their cafe, it was fresh & tasty, extremely affordable. The building is very clean, I stayed 3 nights at their other hotel LUMA by Kavia & it was nothing like Kavia Plus. LUMA needs a deep cleaning & redesign. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to.

The wall that that separates the room from the hallway is made from single pane glass so every word and foot step is heard clearly. The reception team could be heard in our room from a floor away. No alcohol is aloud in the rooms.

Doors to the rooms are thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and stairwell. Also can hear noise like dogs barking outside. The shower head was basically a stream

Overall the Hotel was good enough to enjoy our Vacation. The room was clean, the bed was combatable and the check-in and out process was fast. My only concerns about this Hotel was the amount of Gnats that appeared in the room and the nose levels, as everything is echoed though out and the fact that my room did not have a widow. But for the price it was worth it, however next time I would spend the extra money for a resort.

Good but can be better
Pro: clean room and everything looks new, safe deposit book included which is important, location near to Ado bus station and park Cons: noisy (and shady) neighbours so I could not get quality sleep, which defeats the purpose of me booking the room. There are constantly flies in the room which I have no idea how to get rid of.

Las camas está muy cómodas y la habitación súper limpia. Es una buena opción y excelente relación calidad - precio. Me hubiera gustado que el estacionamiento fuera más amplio pero me dieron solución para estacionarme cerca y seguro.

Good points, friendly service, quick check in, comfortable bed, good TV with apps such as Netflix and Disney Plus. Bad points, poor ventilation in interior rooms, no window to outside, poor noise insulation so can hear other loud hotel guests at night which disturbs sleep. Overall don't feel it was worth the money paid, though appreciate Cancun as a whole is very expensive. Was an OK choice for a short layover between flights at the airport.

This facility is new and modern. Room is sparkling clean and comfortable. Next time I will get room with balcony view. Pool, gym and restaurant on 7th floor. Spectacular view from top of building. Location is close to parque las palapas. I will be back!
