The food and drinks were so overpriced it was appalling! 40.00 cad dollars each plus 10dollar waters????? Anyways eat before you go ! Very easy to walk to terminal 3 if needed!

Excellent option for late and early flights, car rental returns are right around the corner and transportation to the gates was great

Was really nice to be that close to the airport due to a flight being cancelled- we were stuck! I did get a spider bite at some point in the night but the hotel was really clean so I just think it was a freak thing!

Easy to get to from the airport and perfect for our first night in Cancun. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Area is quiet even with the airport nearby.

We were really impressed with the pool. We only planned to stay for the night (a quick pint stop after landing at the airport and before continuing our journey) but everything was fab. The room service pizza arrived quickly and was a very generous size, the beds were extremely comfy - we actually preferred this room to the one we had booked for the rest of the week!

Flew in early only stayed the one night, but the atmosphere was pleasant. The pool area was also relaxing and not busy.

I ultimately got what I paid for. The rooms were college dorm style and had a paint odor. I also found a stain on the comforter.
The food was ok and the drinks seemed to be cut, in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast package.
The pool had a beautiful design but wasn't upkept daily. There were flies and bird feathers in the water.
Keep in mind that if you book here, you are in the hotel zone. Ubers and certain shuttles can't be utilized in the hotel zone. You would have to use the taxis the hotel provides, which will start at $80. This was an inconvenience because certain activities I planned had shuttle services that couldn't pick me up at this hotel. Nothing besides the airport is in walking distance. So you can't explore Cancun without either renting a car or paying for taxis multiple times daily. You will feel limited and stranded.

Really appreciated the staff at check in who arranged the shuttle pick up for us. The uniqueness of the outdoor restaurant and heated outdoor pool was very cool. The room itself was exactly as I expected, clean and comfortable , but it was the restaurant staff and service at check in that made this an excellent stay.

The hotel is located a few steps from Terminal 2 of Cancun International Airport, and has a truck that convenient to reach the other terminals in case of flights in the early morning. We only stayed one night, after arriving from a flight at night to leave at dawn, so we do not explore the facilities. The restaurant has varied options, but we find the service very slow.

When you guys arrive at the airport and you don't know where the hotel's free shuttle is. Just take free shuttle to terminal 3. Then, you can get this hotel in 2min by foot.

Great hotel to take an early flight. We walked to Terminal 2; about 5 minutes. Also has a gorgeous pool!

Came from the airport to drop off the luggage at 1:30pm. Hotel staff said they had rooms cleaned and ready to check in. 1 1/2 hours early but I said ok we’ll check in. Staff did the check in and told me it’ll be $40 more for the early check in. I said I wasn’t going to pay $40 I’ll wait until 3:00 but my wife said just pay it. $295 for the room for the night was a little expensive in my taste. Had a burger & coke from the hotel restaurant for $32.50. I didn’t pay half that in Time Square in New York and it was a better burger. Never thought Mexico would be a tourist trap but oh was I wrong.

Nice hotel a two minute walk from CUN airport. Restaurant inside lobby is bland and overpriced. Service took 45 min for a club sandwich. Walk across the street to the mall for plenty of better, cheaper food options.

The place is excellent if you want to be close to the airport but it is not a good idea if you want to explore the area since the only transportation available is their own taxis and they are way too expensive.

Beautiful and unique architecture and appointed rooms off strip by airport. Top quality rooms and amenities. The swimming pool is unique and amazing in design.
Caveats:
Restaurant understaffed, food mediocre.
VERY limited parking…and by that I mean 3 spaces.

Told when we arrived our room was ready, but would be $35 for early check in. So we sat and waited 1.5 hours then had to stand in line for ceck in because the front desk (had 1 person) had a line of people. If our room is ready, let me just go to it.

A property with excellent facilities near the airport. Great for layovers, if only they would offer pickup services (not just drop-offs) as airport taxi fares are a ripoff.
