Very sketchy property and it should be booted from Expedia. They demanded cash and would let us see a room without paying first we left without staying

The pictures online are very misleading. The rooms are communal style, although with my stay I had the room to myself. The transportation is extremely expensive and very limited options. I ended up walking to the airport on the highway at 1:30am due to the lack of transport. Expect to pay at $25USD for a 5min ride to and from the airport.

Felt unsafe
Hard to find at the highway, no signs or staff. After searching through the darkness I eventually ended up in an unstaffed lobby. My “room” didn’t lock properly and opened directly onto the car park with stray dogs running around.

The room was not bad, but lacking internet, drinkable water, and access to service. Super funky grounds, really a super funky one-star place. We did not stay. We rented another hotel room and just forfeited the hundred bucks.

This property should be considered a hostel. Each room has 3 or 4 beds- it’s a converted office space. No hot water. The only way to get to it is through a parking lot. Host seemed inconvenienced by us

The only good part from this property was that it was close to the airport and we had an early flight the next day. The surroundings are weird, it is inside a parking lot. The staff was nice, they took care of our luggage for several hours. There was no internet , no TV inside the rooms, no doors in the bathroom and just 3 small pillows for 5 people. We took advantage of the location just 5 minutes away from the airport but that was it

Hello, we booked a night hotel in Cancun, the room was nothing as described on your website, we had no other option but to stay because of the time of arrival. But wondering if there is any kind of protection or refund for FALSE information. The bathroom was licking water, the AC was broken, the shower had a terrible smell, the sheets had dirt spots everywhere !! Please let us know if there is something doable to keep the trust of TD Expedia options.

I booked this hotel just to spend the night before going to my resort, huge mistake. The area is unsafe, the room dirty, no towels, no seat on the toilet, we found a spider on the bed. The bathroom is in deplorable state. We got late at night otherwise we would go somewhere else. I have never been in such a disgusting hotel. This hotel does not deserve even one star. Expedia please check on the hotels before offer them in your website. The hotel is nothing like the pictures.

It’s ok just for one night. Guy on the front desk was very kind and also the first driver. The driver that helped us back to the airport was zero kind and so rude. Room is so big and it is nice but the bad room (it was very clean) smelled so bad due to drainage

A total disgrace for Hotels.com
It was just a terrible experience. I do not understand how you hotels.com have this location. The description when I booked was totally misleading. I tried to communicate with the hotel in advance to gain information about transportation and I never got a response and ended up being assaulted by the drivers at the airport and at the hotel.

Perfect as a stop over hotel, very close to the airport and transportation options are available. There was no staff in the morning and could not find anyone to help fix the cold shower. The hotel is fairly clean but seems old and in need of maintenance. Hope this review helps to improve issues with their staff and their facilities for future customers

The hotel states that is 3 minutes walking from the airport, but it is totally wrong. Literally cannot walk to the hotel from terminals only by taxi. And the taxi is very expensive for the distance. They charge 700 pesos for the ride. And the room is not clean at all.

This place is a scam do not go there in the head letter it's called International 24/7 I wrapped in the airport and they told me I cannot check in it because it's after 11:00 I had to pay for the hotel sleep at the airport with the two kids on the floor like a dog and Expedia would not help at all I really disappointed from Expedia and from the hotel outrageous that'll tell in the airport do not accept people anytime they arrive a double bed Expedia indicate that is 3 minutes working however it's more than 10 minutes driving and they try to charge you more than 1000 pesos to get there

This is a good start for one night only, but no more than that . We did not receive any towels and the shower flooded the floor around the bathroom. You cannot get to the property from the airport in a taxi for less than $50. All of the Cancun taxi drivers have a super high fixed rate so I would suggest getting on the shuttle for the parking facility that is connected to the hotel,. “Park inn” cancun parking orange shuttles will take you firectly to the hotel. There is no front office desk and the property is currently under construction as of August 2023. The property had good air-conditioning and good hot water and comfortable beds. The restaurant in the strip mall is actually really good! Its called ‘Canton’

Bookings has a different address on maps had to take another taxi to the correct location reception was almost never there they gave me two pillows for a family of 5 no tv sink tube was leaking water when I had to check out at 8 in the morning there was no one to check out with had to leave keys in the door all the pictures on bookings is not accurate only reason I stayed was because every other hotel close to the airport was fully booked it’s has potential to be a good hotel but they need a whole new renovation and more staff

Read the negative reviews. They are all true and then some. The only good part was that you could get discounted transportation from the airport. Other than that, everything was beyond terrible.

This hotel should not be advertised on Hotels.com. The pictures on their site are not indicative of the property. I arrived and found nobody on the property. No lobby. Someone from a car rental place on the same property found someone from the hotel for me to check in. There is no spa. The "sauna" in the room did not work at all. The "door" to my room was sliding glass like a patio with a very un-secure lock. I got back to the room around 11pm from going to the Hotel Zone. I wanted to grab a drink before bed at the "lounge"....no lounge was there. I went inside to take a shower....no hot water Used the bathroom around 3:00am....roach ran from the shower. Went to check out this morning. Not a human in sight. I simply left my key on the bed and walked away.
