Hello, we booked a night hotel in Cancun, the room was nothing as described on your website, we had no other option but to stay because of the time of arrival. But wondering if there is any kind of protection or refund for FALSE information. The bathroom was licking water, the AC was broken, the shower had a terrible smell, the sheets had dirt spots everywhere !! Please let us know if there is something doable to keep the trust of TD Expedia options.
