The hotel was beautiful, smelled amazing and had great food options. I loved every bit of it. If you can sorry and get the master suite go for it the room was so spacious and beautiful. I loved all the restaurants and the buffet had so many options. The coffee shop was great too. A lot of night action even though the music wasn’t catered to me. Even still we had a great time.

Enrique with Concierge Services was extremely helpful on our first and final day. Fernanda, Dontal & Angel made our dining experience enjoyable each time It was easy to get around the property and accessible to sights and venues off property.

This property is very clean, beautiful rooms and pools are very nice as well. Food is okay, not the best, but not bad either. Beach area is nice, but again not the best.

We needed an adults only property. We had a great time and the food was delicious. The vibes were great and lowkey which is what I wanted. Great pool furniture and cabanas were first come first serve. We took the local bus for a dollar to the mall and shops. Would go back.

This is a superb property in Hyatt’s family! We are world travelers and were very impressed with the quality of the property and the restaurants as well the staff! The pools as well as the beach was very well kept.

Overall it was a nice resort. I was not too disappointed but I wasn’t super impressed. It took WAY to long to check in. We arrived right at 3:00 and had to sit and wait til 4:00. That was bothersome. No idea why other than our room was not ready. We were not kept informed about it at all. Very annoying. Room was nice, no issues. Main pool very nice and relaxing. Rooftop “party pool” was a completely different vibe! But if you like loud music by DJ and little more lively crowd then it’s perfect for you! I didn’t mind it! I like a good pool party but I also like to relax by pool. So I thought having two options was nice! Meals ok, breakfast was the best and the lunch buffet was good too with so many options! Restaurant service was slow, making dinners last way too long. Very slow at the steak and seafood. Was first time going in April. Weather was a lot cooler but sunny and breezy! Never broke a sweat! There is DJ by main pool and bar each night with a different theme if you like to go dance or people watch! The main downfall for me was the beach. Since it is on the north side of the hotel zone you don’t have to shore, the waves, deeper water to get in, more sand. I called it the lagoon, very very shallow with public access for the locals right in front of resort. For this reason I probably will not return since the beach is something that is important to me. Overall it was a good time, nice resort, nice pools!

This is a small, clean and nice resort. This is not a party resort. It is relaxing. The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is nice and clean. I was not fond of the food. It lacked authentic Mexican cuisine. It also lacked seasoning. Food was made bland I guess to appeal to certain guests. I don’t think I will go back because of this.

Overall a well trained staff all around. The coffee shop never closes and is updated with a variety of rotating sweets, sandwiches and bottled drinks throughout the day. Dining had a wide variety and quality is present in every dish. Our favorite experience was at Fish Nets, the food was above the rest and our server, Ivan, made the evening such a pleasure.

This resort is what we jokingly called amongst other guests “the land of no” the staff often was disinterested in accommodating us the food was actually awful the buffet was not fresh nor clean the rooms are modern and clean but once you leave the room be prepared to be less than impressed the only 2 saving graces this resort has is the spa and how new and modern it is we won’t be returning

I was a little hesitant to book however I am so glad I did. Breathless Resort exceeded my expectations. If you want an all-inclusive luxury experience, Breathless Resort is an EXCELLENT option.
