Loved the chance for a swim but top step in pool needs repair, break with sharp edges. Also needs something to assist older people out, perhaps higher hand rails as the knees aren't as powerful as previously. Over all great stay, needed R and R after trip. Worked perfectly 👌

Ambiance at bar and adjoining dining area very stisfying but a little more independent table subdued lighting needed to make menue easier to read. Subdued lighting and fireside atmosphere very appropriate and appreciated. In room tea making facilities and drinking glasses not easilly found.

Check in was easy, the gentleman on desk went above and beyond to make everything pleasant for us. Upgrade to a bigger room and fold out bed put in without me asking or being charged as they thought it would make for a 'nicer night for you both'.
