Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and just what we needed after working everyday. The food was yummy very wide range to choose from, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The entertainment staff made the stay much more fun. Would definately recommend.

We had been customers of Club Med cefalu and are used to high-end resorts and whilst the resort itself is a little dated, the facilities, staff, quality of the food, food options, bar service and general feel were excellent. I can honestly say we were blown away with the quality of the food at breakfast and in the specialty restaurants. restaurants.

Photos do not properly display the size of the rooms, the “deluxe bungalow” is small for something that’s considered “deluxe”. The ac is terrible. A few staff members are truly miserable and unkind. The dining area also has roaches and the concern is not taken very seriously. I had requested a refund due to this issue and was denied by the resort. This resort is a poor example of an “all-inclusive.”, if you’ve been to all-inclusive before then this one will really have you confused.

Perfect for Chilling by the Pool

Perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive short break. We were there in October and the pool areas, which are lovely, were still busy. There is access to the sea though the beach itself is quite stony. The buffet food at the resort is good quality and provided enough variety during the three days we were there that we didn't feel the need to book one of the a la carte restaurants. The hotel offers a bus trip to Cefalu and the town is most definitely worth visiting - you will ant to spend longer than the bus times suggest!

I did not like that in 1 week we could not get into the a la carte restaurants. Very misleading that there are 5 restaurants to dine…actually only buffets were available all week.

The property is clean and the grounds are well maintained. It was beautiful all around and there are many paved paths to walk around the whole property. The staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating. The quality of the prepared food wasn't good in my opinion, but I think that may be because I'm American and have different taste in food. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and clean, loved the included mini-bar and provided 3 bottled waters daily. Overall I was very happy with our stay and will likely return!

My review

The walls are super thin… very noisy resort… if you want to sleep in or get any rest during the day or before 2am forget it… food is pretty good… good luck making a reservation at the nicer restaurants unless you upgrade to $60/day… here’s the kicker you have to upgrade for a minimum of 3 days… not exactly all inclusive as advertised. I’d definitely go with a adults only resort in the future where kids aren’t slamming doors constantly

Great Family Holiday

We've just got back from a great family holiday at the Palladium Resort & Spa Sicily. We chose to stay at the hotel each day and enjoy the sun, pool with the children rather than venture out and the resort offered us a good mix of both relaxing by the pool and extra activities for the children. The kids club and area was great for our youngest and our eldest also enjoyed a few hours there making the most of the art supplies. If you would like to eat at one of the other restaurants on site you do need to be quick to book on arrival. However we found the buffet restaurant worked well for us with the children and with a different themed night each evening we didn't feel we missed out not eating at the other venues. Thank you to all the staff for being happy as well as helpful. The holiday was just what we needed and we would highly recommend the resort !!

Rigtig fint all-inclusive hotel med et flot sortiment i restaurant og barer. Lækre pool-områder. Fine værelser. Det mest negative var den ekstremt dårlige akustik i buffet-restauranten og lobbyen. Man kan knap føre en samtale i disse områder. Endvidere var der alt for mange mennesker i buffet-restauranten, hvilket gjorde det lidt kaotisk. Derimod var forholdene på a la carte restauranterne dejlige rolige. Disse kan anbefales.

There were minor discrepancies with the bed arrangement, as a single bed was provided instead of the requested two beds. Two staff members mentioned they would switch the mattress for two single mattresses but did not return to complete this change. The resort's amenities and services generally met expectations. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were not listed, so guests needed to ask which beverages incurred additional charges. At the sports restaurant, the menu offered a "mystery burger" included with the all-inclusive option or the choice to pay extra for an Angus burger. The meal provided with the all-inclusive package was basic in flavor. Staff were attentive in the pool area, and the grounds were well maintained. Aerobics classes were available in the pool, led by a staff member. Breakfast included various options, though higher quality food and beverages required an additional fee. The pools were clean and offered a relaxing environment. The property is located at a significant distance from major attractions and shopping districts. Considering these factors, staying at a more budget-friendly hotel could provide an opportunity to allocate savings towards dining at alternative restaurants to gain the Italian experience.

The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort.
