The room was clean and actually quite large. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. The only thing I would warn people about is the pool, if you're planning on swimming during your stay, then this would not be the place for you. The pool)

The staff members were helpful and polite. None of the ice machines worked--all out of order during our 8-day stay. Likewise, the pool area was closed. The fireplace looked nice, but no instructions for opening or using it. The shower tub was VERY slippery. The breakfasts were great. We will not stay there again and will not recommend it to others.

Well we wanted to go into the pool and it was green. Got there Thursday and leaving Sunday no pool. No ice in either of the 3 floors. It was out of order. It was so hot the pool would have been nice. Food was good and so was the kitchen lady. She was very nice to all of us.

The very nice maintenance man fixed the toilet problem, so now all is well with this hotel. The very nice check in lady was very accommodating to figure out how to meld two different reservations into one room. We would stay here again.

The hot tub near the pool was barely lukewarm. I was looking forward to a soak! Also, the cleaning products had a very strong fragrance and the windows are sealed, to unable to open to air out the room. Otherwise, very comfortable, quiet stay. Very nice bed and spacious room.
