I paid for a room for my adult daughter who would be needing accommodations late one night, unable to drive home because of thick dense fog. I made a call to their reservation line (the only published number) asking them if they accept cash for an incidentals deposit as my daughter didn’t have a credit card. They said yes, $100\. When my daughter arrived the front desk staff told her NO, accusing her of making up the story (saying nobody on any reservation line would tell anybody that). They refused her a PAID room causing her to leave and to travel home in unsafe conditions. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
