We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Tree House in Mount Shasta! The hotel is exceptionally clean, cozy, and welcoming, with a charming mountain-lodge atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Having a restaurant and bar conveniently located inside the hotel is a huge plus, especially after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. Everything feels warm, comfortable, and well-maintained. A perfect place to relax and unwind while visiting Mount Shasta. Highly recommend!

It is a great spot if you are on i5 or specifically visiting Mt. Shasta. Staff are incredibly sweet. Breakfast options are better than a standard American breakfast buffet. Extremely convenient to nearby trails, museums and beautiful views of Mt. Shasta, even from the property.

Overall, we had a good experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The AC in our room was not working, but fortunately, the weather was pleasant, so we didn’t really need it during our stay.

Loved the "treehouse" vibe, sent lots of pics to our granddaughter. Rooms were clean and heater and air conditioner worked perfectly. We ate in the restaurant (Cooper's) which had delicious foods. We took dessert to our room. We didn't use the pool or gym, but we did see people in the pool, kids having a great time. This place is surrounded by towering evergreens and oh, so quiet! We would certainly go back.

Everyone is very accommodating and very helpful. We needed a first floor room, but the room available was a second floor room with no elevator access. Although the girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and helped us to our room with our luggage.They, then relocated us the next day to a first floor garden view, which was beautiful and very accommodating for our little doggy. The room is very nice and clean, especially like the double sink, so you have a sink, toilet and shower in one room and then a sink on the outside as well, so that worked out for the two of us as far as getting ourselves ready for the day. The food was great at both the cafe, and the grill. They had complementary water and there was restaurants and stores right across the street.

The staff was kind and friendly. The room was spacious and perfect for our group of four plus our dog. I really liked the dog friendly accommodations. We used and enjoyed the pool and spa. The hotel and pool area is ‘dated’ but that adds to the charm and appeal, with the rustic dining area and woodwork throughout. Hopefully some updates that keep with the current theme will add to the appeal.
