"Decent hotel, friendly staff the room was dated basic water pressure was not great but ok. Redeemable qualities breakfast was great best to get it included, decent pool size on the roof top and get a nice view of the city beautiful night view of the city. Not glamorous but if affordable is what you looking for it’s good for the price. Location not great at night to walk around but daytime no problem."
"Mixed feelings about this place.
The entrance of the pool is very nice and so is the common area on the rooftop. Great location, 1 block from train station. And plenty taxi outside.
The rooms are a bit rundown. The closet of both rooms they put us in was broken and the windows don't lock. When it's locked you just shake them and they opened in both rooms. The person incharge told me that they are all the same. The washroom is also not in best shape but nice spacious.
All flaws I can ignore....

"We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to myself and my wife. Adalberto, Cindy, Giovanna, Marcos, Ruben, Nick. Carlos and the list go on and on. This staff members treated us like family. I know a missed quite a few names from the Queen as we called her at the front desk, Veronica the concierge to Emmanuel our driver. Everyone made our first stay in Panama amazing. We cannot leave out the bar tender in the hotel Lobby. He presented us with gifts, professionalisms and a great time. We cannot express our heartfelt appreciation enough. So, we thank you for a wonderful experience at Dreams Playa Bonita Panama. If your time was not filled with joy, it's your fault. God Bless everyone. The Jacksons."

"What I first noticed, that it was an older building but how well maintained it was. The staff was friendly and I found my translator (as I don't speakSpanish) was a must. I found that Talking translator was a great option for me. If you download it, you'll see why
The cleaning staff was great. My room was always neat and tidy and they were very friendly. I was located on the 5th floor and my cleaning lady was very attentive with a great personality. Thank you"
