A beautiful downtown hotel/condo. We stayed in a studio two queens it had a small kitchen and table plus a sectional couch. TV easily viewed from the beds. On site dining was good and a plus. I recommend this property.

This was the best girls weekend ever! The hotel was fabulous! The room so nice and large, and clean. Staff was exceptional! Most of all we were able to walk everywhere!!! That was fantastic and convenient! We had great pub crawls and great dinners! Would definitely recommend, and I will be back, for sure!!!

I loved the rooms design and distribution, loved the restaurant and coffee shop. The location is amazing, walkable to main areas to visit in downtown Calgary. The included breakfast was really good, good variety of food, although I think the schedule is a bit tight and closes early. It was always really full and hard to find a table. One more hour at least would be great.

There was a staff who helped us checking in we booked 2 rooms in total for 4 guests each room 2 people. And he didn’t even notice me book 2 rooms and gave me only 1 key to check in the room. And didn’t even ask if we have any car needed for parking lot stall. The parking lot basement was very dusty on the floor. The room service cleaning not everyday but every other day. The room bathtub is like for kids not adults because so low to ground and small compare to a standard size bath tub. The other room has standing shower which has only half of the glass door which caused water splash out during the shower.

Unfortunately your second reservation was booked under someone else's name so we were not able to pull it up with your last name. Our parking lot is owned/managed by two different companies so we are not able to schedule any cleaning on our own. However, we will inform the third party companies to do a deep cleaning soon. Lastly, the bathtub we have in some of our rooms are an accessible tub so we is not as high as the regular ones. We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the room features we have. We hope to see you again so we can make up the previous stay. Please feel free to contact us directly if you wish to discuss more in details. We appreciate your business with us!

Our stay in this hotel was perfect. We love how the room was so spacious, clean and bed was so comfy. Breakfast was also good. The staff who checked us, Chanel, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay back here if we go back to Calgary. Highly recommended.

Good value, convenient location, great staff. Room was clean and in great condition, but housekeeping isn’t done daily unless asked. Overall good experience, will go back.

Really friendly and professional staff. It's also in a convenient location so a lot of things are within walking distance. It is downtown so there are a few homeless nearby but around the hotel itself it wasn't bad. There's underground parking for $30, but spaces are a little tight. The front desk printed for me when the supplied printer in the business center ran out of black ink. Lastly, it's right by the rail tracks so you can hear trains move by at night but it's not too bad but definitely audible.

We booked our stay through Expedia, requesting a city view. We received an email from Expedia that stated that we should follow up with the hotel directly. I forgot and there wasn't a city view available when we arrived. The room was great ~ king bed, kitchen, sitting area and great bathroom, very clean and quiet. The included breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Parking cost an additional $30 and a truck can easily fit in the parking garage. We will definitely consider this Marriott for future trips to Calgary.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. This hotel has honestly thought of everything. Apartment style rooms make you feel right at home. Continental breakfast to start your day. Gym is new with plenty of equipment. Washer and dryer if you should need it. Free parking on the street. Not to mention all at a great price. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

The Residence in Marriott Calgary belt line was an enjoyable experience. The rooms are large and bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help and answer our questions. I especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to enjoy a free breakfast on a daily basis.
