"From the photographs we were expecting something a lot nicer...our greeting by the cleaner Monika and our conversation with the owner was most pleasant but sadly the property is in dire need of a facelift, it's barely furnished or equipped, the front gate was a nightmare to lock (entire gate is out of alignment), barbeque lid handle was broken, ditto hinge on one of the toilet seats..the restful sound of the cicadas was drowned out by the yelling of the neighbours and one had to drive...

"Very nice property in Cagnes-sur-Mer, but a bit away from town. Good place to use to explore Nice and surrounding towns, and then come back for a dip in the pool. Good facilities, but we were lucky the weather was generally nice, as kitchen is outdoors."

"This property is located in a great spot walking distance from the store and the malls and was super well kept and easy to get into. The owners are super friendly, communicate well, and do everything they can to accommodate your needs. The pool was very warm and super awesome. Great place to rent if you are looking for a reasonably priced spot for 11 people!"

"Roger and his wife are perfect hosts. The house and grounds are beautiful. You need a car or you can uber everywhere. The only thing it lacks is furniture. It 'd be good to have somewhere to sit and relax outside. The living room furniture is not the same as in the pictures."
